The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Lucy Storrs, London, ordered from the Lucy Storrs website at www.lucystorrs.com By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Lucy Storrs reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

 

Orders and prices

Lucy Storrs use Paypal as the online purchasing system.

Lucy Storrs accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

All artwork prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Lucy Storrs will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Lucy Storrs through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Lucy Storrs has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Lucy Storrs at teaseofwool@outlook.com

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Lucy Storrs will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Lucy Storrs is under no obligation to accept any order.

 

Delivery

All delivery times quoted on the Lucy Storrs website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Lucy Storrs may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with the Lucy Storrs Art at the time of your order ie for you to collect the order in person.

All artwork will be sent to you by courier service. Lucy Storrs will endeavour to deliver artworks within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from Lucy Storrs at the time of purchase.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Lucy Storrs cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the courier depot and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

Once an artwork is considered delivered responsibility for the artwork, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work if required.

If Lucy Storrs are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order. 

Lucy Storrs is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Lucy Storrs Art is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

 

Customs

For international orders, any customs, import or brokerage duties that occur will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged to the customer accordingly.

Refunds

Lucy Storrs will refund any goods as part of the distant selling regulations but it must be within 30 days of receipt of your artwork. It is advisable to photo any faulty goods before returning. Goods that you wish to return within the 30 days must be returned in the same condition as at point of sale. If there is glass please give extra attention to packaging and use a courier that permits transportation of glass. However Whilst your artwork will be refunded in full the return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Ownership and copyright

Once a artwork is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the artwork to any third party including the internet for any purpose.

 

Payment security

Lucy Storrs uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.co.uk/uk

Lucy Storrs is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
